Kelle brings a robust 12-year tenure in the healthcare industry, having amassed a wealth of experience across various settings and roles. Beginning her journey by obtaining her phlebotomy license in California back in 2012, she embarked on her career at a modest 7-bed hospital in Alturas, CA. Since then, Kelle's trajectory has been marked by a series of progressive roles within laboratory settings, spanning hospitals, patient service centers, doctors' offices, mobile labs, nursing facilities, and correctional facilities.
Throughout her career, Kelle has demonstrated versatility and leadership, evolving into roles such as site coordinator and lead phlebotomist. Her dedication to patient care and professional development culminates in her current role as a proud co-owner and operator of OptiVena Mobile Phlebotomy LLC. Here, Kelle not only oversees the business's operations but also remains deeply involved in patient care, embodying her commitment to providing top-notch phlebotomy services with compassion and expertise.
