Routine appointments are available as soon as the next day. Choose this service for any standard lab work scheduled for tomorrow or beyond.

We accept all lab orders written by a licensed healthcare provider, whether they’re on Labcorp, Sonora Quest, or other lab order forms. Your samples are always delivered to the lab contracted with your insurance—or to the self-pay lab you’ve chosen.

STAT/ Same-Day Service

Collection Fee: $85 within standard service area

STAT appointments can only be scheduled for same-day appointments of the following services: Routine lab work or specialty kit collection.

Mobile Therapeutic Phlebotomy

Collection fee: $150 within standard service area

Please choose this appointment type if you are needing therapeutic phlebotomy prescribed by your doctor. This is also known as bloodletting, blood removal, blood dumping, therapeutic blood donation and removing a pint of blood.

A signed lab order from your licensed healthcare provider is required for all therapeutic phlebotomy services. Your provider may use their own lab order form, write the order on office letterhead, or complete our blank order form. All orders must include the diagnosis, amount of blood to be drawn, and frequency of treatment.

Speciality Kit Collection

Collection Fee: $65 per kit within standard service area

We provide specimen collection for most specialty kits including but not limited to Igenex, Genova, Realtime Lab, Vibrant America, Access Medical Labs, Radiance Diagnostics and more.

If you’ve received a specialty testing kit in the mail that requires a blood draw, we can handle the collection for you. Please be sure to upload the kit’s instructions or any included documentation when booking your appointment.

Collection fee includes specimen collection, all the required processing for the specimens and delivery to shipping partner (Fed-Ex or UPS for most kits).

Patients must provide the kit and lab order provided by laboratory.

Specimen Pick-Up Service

Collection Fee: $30

A specimen pick-up can be scheduled if  you are NOT requiring a mobile lab draw (blood work) but you need to have your specimen(s) (ie: urinalysis, stool, sputum, saliva, etc) delivered to the lab of your choice.

This service is only available within a 20-mile radius of Queen Creek, AZ. Patient collects their own sample.
